What's exciting about the role

Main responsibilities

  • Leading a sales team of 3 people
  • Understanding what the team needs and how to improve their skills, as well as identifying how to ramp up recruits
  • Present and sell services and hardware products to key dealers and large corporate clients; and follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Establish and maintain current partners relationships and establish new business partnerships
  • Meet or exceed assigned service and system revenue (annually, with quarterly sales revenue objectives)
  • Utilize approved sales processes and tools
  • Coordinate activities in support of sales and organize internal resources to resolve common customer issues
  • Share competitive intelligence with the appropriate internal contacts
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through sales team to appropriate company staff
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets; projecting the number of contacts to be made
  • Prepare price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, service obligations
  • Manage relations with official institutions such as the Ministry of Finance and the Revenue Administration
  • Implement programs to drive demand generation
  • Creating in-depth reports that predict how well the team and company performs weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually
  • Using leadership and communication to bring out the best in their group and its selling capabilities

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field activities or the equivalent experience
  • 7 years’ sales experience in a management role (Payments/IT industry/ECR sector), leading a sales department or team
  • Strong industry and product knowledge
  • Good command of English
  • Valid driver license
