Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We're seeking a skilled Security Technology Specialist to join our team at Walmart. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting commercial security systems, including fire alarms, burglar alarms, CCTV, access control, and conducting security assessments. Your strong technical background and ability to analyze and repair complex systems will be invaluable in ensuring the safety and security of our retail locations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with commercial security systems, including fire, burglar, CCTV, access control, and security assessments
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex security systems
  • Strong technical background with the capability to disassemble and reassemble systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Certifications

  • NICET certification for CCTV Technician is preferred

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00-$63.00*

‎ 

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...
