What You’ll Do:
Responsible for managing compensation projects, wage and hour compliance, and compensation policies and procedures. Provides support and guidance to the business and Human Resources on compensation related issues. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You’ll Do It:
Provides leadership and counsel on the design and implementation of compensation projects, programs, policies, practices, and procedures.
Conducts market analyses and research to support compensation decisions and program recommendations.
Partners with Human Resources partners to ensure competitive market position. Ensures market positions allow for the ability to attract, retain, and motivate employees and candidates.
Leads and develops efforts to ensure company compliance with regulatory requirements
Ensures compliance with organization policies and procedures.
Qualification You'll need
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration and Management or related
6+ years in compensation Analysis and Consulting

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.Benefits:
