Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated SFDC Support Analyst to join our team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for Salesforce functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our SFDC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Assist in the implementation of new SFDC features and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
• Conduct training sessions for users on best practices and new features.
• Create and maintain documentation related to SFDC processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in SFDC support or administration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Salesforce certification is a plus.
