As a Releasing Coordinator at Caterpillar, you will:

Responsible for coordinating and ensuring all office functions are completed according to the established processes. Specific job functions include, but are not limited to, Receiving Inbound Trailers, creating Unload WT’s to begin Inbound process, manage RF and other equipment as necessary, perform Freight Payables and other system supporting functions, Candidate will also be required to perform any storeroom function if called upon to do so. This individual will work closely with carriers and other team members closely.

Candidate will also be responsible for helping the team achieve any and all PQVC targets.

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):

  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 lbs. for intervals of 15-30 minutes

  • Must be able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor

  • Must be able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures

  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods

Basic Qualifications:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel

  • At least 1 year of warehouse operations experience is required

  • At least 6 months of forklift experience is required

  • At least 6 months of stand-up forklift experience is required

Top candidates will also have: 

  • Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in Mach 1/SAP order management systems

  • Inventory control experience

  • Basic mathematical ability

  • Auditing experience 

  • Standard Operating Procedures or Standard Work experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent attendance record (no active disciplinary actions)

Additional Information:  This is a 1st shift position (Monday-Thursday; 6 am-4 pm) located in Waco, TX with the BAWA (BCP Assembly Waco Attachment) group. No relocation assistance is available for this position. Must be able to work mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed to support business needs.

Summary Pay Range:

$17.65 - $22.90
