Set up and maintain alerts for timely issue detection and resolution.
Build and customize dashboards for actionable stakeholder insights.
Support software-related inquiries and issue resolution.
Document system and application interfaces to ensure effective integration.
Work with IT teams to enhance cloud monitoring processes and prepare supporting documentation.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering (Software Development concentration), or a related field.
Experience with .NET and Azure DevOps is an asset.
Experience in software development and support is preferred.
