A Day in the Life

Think technology that dramatically improves patients' quality of life. We are looking for a Technical Consultant to take our mission to the next level. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a successful team that literally transforms people's lives, specifically with the most innovative products within neuromodulation.

This is a hybrid field role where you are expected to cover East and West Flanders, you will be travelling across this region the majority of the time. You will report to the Sales Manager Neuromodulation BeLux.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers
• Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products
• May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications
• Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products
• May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations
• Conducts on-site education and consulting, and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations
• Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in nursing, kinesitherapy or industrial engineering 
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and oral)
• Developed interpersonal relationship-building skills and teaching skills
• Ability to grasp complex/detailed product knowledge and to be able to communicate this information to customers and patients
• Flexible hours are provided and required, and national travel up to 70% in the East of Flanders.
