Position Summary

1. Improve the efficiency of factory operation to maximize the demand satisfaction.
2. Control shipping lead time periodically to provide products to buyer on time.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Manufacturing capacity management] Manages enhancing production capacity of manufacturing to satisfy RTF (Return To Forecast).

2. [Securing short- and long-term material procurement] Oversees establishing short- and long-term plan required for line operation and material supply.

3. [SCM (Supply Chain Management) master data management] Determines mass production date according to PLC (Product Life Cycle) of each item and manages EOP (End Of Production).

4. [PO (Purchase order) and shipment management] Manages shipping schedule to meet the requested PO delivery date of buyer.

Skills and Qualifications

• Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways

• Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks

• May manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs, methods and staffing

• Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
