As a Field Specialist III, you will execute wellsite operations with minimal supervision, ensuring safe, reliable, and highquality service delivery. You will work closely with customer representatives, rig crews, and internal teams to prepare, run, and maintain completions equipment. You will support operational planning, documentation, and equipment readiness while promoting strong customer relationships and service excellence.

As a Field Specialist III, you will be responsible for:

• Executing completions and logging operations at the workshop and wellsite with minimal supervision

• Acting as the primary contact for customer representatives and rig crews to coordinate wellsite activities

• Performing minor maintenance, preparation, and functional checks on completions equipment

• Assisting in the actuation and deployment of downhole tools during completions operations

• Maintaining accurate records of assemblies and tools as run at the wellsite for customer reporting

• Ensuring all operations comply with Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations, and Managing Equipment & Logistics standards

• Supporting equipment logistics, tool readiness, and postjob servicing

• Promoting and maintaining strong customer relationships through professional communication and service quality

• Executing all responsibilities safely and in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE and Legal Compliance requirements

• Performing other related duties as required to support safe and efficient operations

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have excellent functional/technical capability, customer focus, communication, and teamwork skills

• Hold a twoyear technical degree (preferred) or equivalent industry experience

• Bring prior industry experience and product line training in completions or field services

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and rig crews

• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision in highpressure field environments

• Show strong decisionmaking skills and a commitment to safety and service quality

• Be willing and able to work at the wellsite as required

• Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (with additional wellsite hours as required)
