As a Corporate Account Manager at ACT Commodities in China, you will work with the most interesting clients around China and beyond; each with their own set of exciting challenges. You will manage and grow your own portfolio, selling environmental certificates using your strong interpersonal skills and charming personality to gain your clients’ confidence and trust.

 You will

As a Corporate Account Manager you will create, manage and grow your own portfolio of clients. Creating this portfolio will come with a lot of business development and relationship management, which means that every day brings its own dynamics. You will work with both new and existing clients in the market on the broad range of solutions for their various sustainability challenges.  

  • Act as the key contact point for clients to consult and educate clients on different sustainability solutions. 
  • Develop sales strategies by conducting market profiling to identify potential market for various environmental products. 
  • Explore and identify new business opportunities through various channels/methods 
  • Enhance existing customers portfolio by understanding customers business cycle, perform frequent follow ups and maintaining good rapport with customers. 
  • Facilitate negotiation of sale agreements within limits and present proposal to prospective clients.
  • Monitor competition landscape, build relationships with industry players and expand business network to support partnership strategies.
  • Keep updated with market changes and industry updates. 

 

Your Expertise: 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • A Bachelor’s / Master's graduate, preferably in Business, Environmental, Economics, or Finance in 985, 211 universities or equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience in Corporate Sales / Business Development / Soft Commodities;  
  • Consulting experience in ESG and ability to speak multiple languages would be an added advantage;  
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and thrives in high pressured environment; 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 
  • Affinity in sales, business development and commodities;
  • Enthusiastic in generating leads and cold calling; 
  • Accountability, responsibility, and openness to learning fast.

职位要求

  • 拥有985、211大学或同等水平的商业、环境、经济或金融专业的学士/硕士学位;
  • 在企业销售/上市公司对接/业务发展/能源商品领域有3年的工作经验;
  • 在ESG(环境、社会和治理)领域有咨询经验,并且能够说多种语言将是一个加分项;
  • 具有创业心态,能在高压环境下茁壮成长;
  • 出色的沟通和人际交往能力;
  • 对销售、业务发展和大宗商品有亲和力;
  • 热衷于产生潜在客户和进行陌生电话拜访;
  • 有责任心、责任感,并且愿意快速学习。
