Job Description

  • Drive business growth across all target segments via acquisition and retention initiatives that hit business objectives and build brand loyalty

  • Responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media, go-to-market strategy, and budget planning

  • React fast to mid-campaign performance and optimize in between campaign activities

  • Analyse reporting and data across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach

  • Work with key stakeholders and supporting functions (internal and external) to deliver high-quality work for creative, PR, events​,​ partnerships, etc.

  • Proficiency in optimizing and executing digital, offline & ATL channels

  • Able to use consumer insights and human psychology to come up with and develop creative marketing tactics

  • Proven ability to orchestrate large campaigns spanning numerous marketing channels

  • Results and performance driven, preferring data to drive your everyday decisions

  • Possess a hands-on mentality and an analytical and structured way of working

  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization to scale quickly

  • Self-motivated with a focus to exceed set goals

  • Comfortable adapting to new technologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in campaign marketing, with a strong focus on driving commercial results.

  • Proven experience in managing and executing successful marketing campaigns for e-commerce platforms (preferably ticketing or similar) and/or tourism-related organizations.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and make strategic decisions.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across different teams and levels.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure campaign performance and inform decision-making.

  • A strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture and identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and integrated marketing approaches.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proven ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.

  • Familiarity with various marketing technologies and platforms.
