As a Concierge, you will play a crucial role in generating both quantitative and qualitative leads from our existing contact database and new customers through desk research and virtual information gathering techniques. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to our field teams by scheduling hot leads and appointments directly into their diaries.
This is a remote, home-based role.
Key Responsibilities
Identify New Opportunities: Review the current customer database to uncover new prospects.
Data Cleansing: Ensure the accuracy of our contact database through meticulous data cleansing.
Customer Information Gathering: Conduct cold calls, identify stakeholders and gatekeepers, and determine customer contact preferences.
Admin Support: Provide administrative assistance to the field sales team.

Candidate Requirements:
Educational Background: Degree-level education.
Sales Skills: Prior experience in sales.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Multitasking Ability: Capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Service: Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
Industry Knowledge: Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
