As the Business Analyst (BA) or Product Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, create roadmaps, and ensure that our solutions meet market demands and user expectations.

The role involves analyzing unstructured business challenges and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations to business partners, facilitating their transition to implementation. These recommendations may encompass organizational restructuring, training programs, process changes, modifications to business rules, the introduction of new technologies, or a combination of these elements.

WORK YOU’LL DO

The Business Analyst will leverage extensive business and technology knowledge to recommend and implement solutions that effectively address business needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and product features.  
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps and release plans in alignment with business goals.
  • Document user stories, define acceptance criteria, and provide detailed specifications for development teams.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and measure product performance.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the deployment of new features.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams and end-users.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance and user satisfaction.

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

 Basic Qualifications:

  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or Product Analyst experience, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
  • Proficient in adapting to shifting priorities with ease.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, user story creation, and documentation techniques.
  • Excellent Microsoft tools knowledge (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word).
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, or analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving & demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Understanding of project management lifecycle, practices and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in working across multiple domains like Data, Cloud Migration, Software Engineering.
  • Reliability clearance eligibility is required.
  • Fluent in French language is nice to have.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification: Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile certifications, SAFe) are a plus.
