The Team

The Crypto Policy team sits in the Payments and Digital Assets Policy Department and plays a central role in leading the FCA's policy work on cryptoassets.

Regulation of the cryptoassets sector is already underway and Her Majesty’s Treasury (HMT) has proposed bringing much more into the remit of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). • Lead material workstreams to shape and develop various aspects of digital assets policy, working closely with the existing crypto policy team

  • Maintain, support and manage a high performing team through effective recruitment, performance management and development of staff from diverse backgrounds and of various levels

What will you get from the role?

This role is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of policy in the FCA in an evolving area of policy and you will have the opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge of the market dynamics and regulations that will shape the future regulation of the cryptoasset sector.
