As an Office Assistant II, you will support clinical and office caregivers to support caring for the community, complying with regulatory requirements and maintaining financial stability of the department.
A caregiver in this position will work as needed 8:00AM – 4:30PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Provide general office support such as data entry, answering telephones and visitor reception.
Facilitate the visitor process.
Follow department and hospital policies and procedures.
Manage traffic flow through the department.
Maintain electronic and hard copy files.
Update databases and file records appropriately.
Complete recordkeeping in accordance with JCAHO standards.
Answer telephones and provide general customer service.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
High school diploma or GED.
One year of filing and data entry experience in a fast-paced environment.
