Manager – Distribution center DK – Driving Technology and Operations to the Next Level

Do you have solid experience in warehouse operations and leadership – and are you passionate about taking technology and processes to the next level? Are you both strategic and execution-oriented, with the ability to create strong followership when new solutions are introduced? Then you might be our new Manager – Distribution center DK.

The Role

As Manager – Distribution center DK, you will have full responsibility for our main warehouse in Brønderslev and the leadership of approx. 50 employees. Together with our Head of Logistics and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in transforming our logistics operations through new technology, automation, and digital solutions – while ensuring a strong and reliable daily operation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• A planned technology upgrade is approved to drive our warehouse technology and processes to the next level – including automation, and digital solutions.
• Setting the strategic direction for warehouse operations in line with the company’s growth ambitions.
• Leading, motivating, and developing your team with clarity and engagement.
• Ensuring efficient day-to-day operations with high delivery performance and a strong safety culture.
• Possess strong business understanding and can connect logistics performance with customer experience, growth, and profitability.
• Leading change projects and building a culture where technology and continuous improvement are part of everyday life.
• Collaborating closely with both the Danish organization and our global logistics network.

Success Criteria

To be successful in this role, we expect you to:

• Establish a clear warehouse strategy and deliver visible improvements within the first 12 months.
• Achieve high delivery performance and customer satisfaction while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Successfully contributes to the implementation of new warehouse automation technologies and ensures smooth adoption across the team within agreed project deadlines.
• Build a strong leadership team and improve employee engagement, retention, and development.
• Strengthening the safety culture and achieving measurable improvements in warehouse safety KPIs.
• Act as a trusted sparring partner for management and contribute to global best practices in logistics.
