The Consumer Marketing Manager will drive both customer lifecycle performance and strategic growth initiatives across key Assurant programs. This hybrid role combines ownership of CRM, engagement, and retention (B2C) with leadership of marketing strategy, client growth, and sales enablement (B2B).
You will serve as a strategic marketing partner to internal teams and external clients, driving consumer engagement, client program performance, and overall business growth through data-driven insights, cross-functional orchestration, and innovative marketing programs.
The ideal candidate will have deep consumer and B2B marketing expertise, with strong experience in growth and retention marketing across the full customer lifecycle, with a proven ability to drive acquisition, engagement, renewal, and overall program performance.

Pay Range:
$88,000.00 - $147,000.00Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
