POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a persistent, high-energy, experienced Senior Recruiter that will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across the aerospace organization. This position partners closely with engineering, manufacturing, program management, and leadership teams to build high‑performing teams that support mission‑critical programs. The Senior Recruiter implements full‑cycle recruiting, drives strategic talent initiatives, and ensures an exceptional candidate and hiring‑manager experience.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, operations, technical and corporate roles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract specialized talent, including niche aerospace skill sets.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and long‑term talent plans.
Develop and manage candidate pipelines for high‑demand roles such as flight software engineers, avionics specialists, program managers, and systems engineers.
Conduct behavioral and technical screening to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with program requirements.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry‑specific hiring regulations, including OFCCP and export‑control requirements.
Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in aerospace tech talent markets.
Use data and analytics to track recruiting performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements and refinement of recruiting best practices.
Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and professional conferences to build talent networks.
Implement and maintain agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform additional job duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
5-8 years of experience with at least 3 in aerospace tech, high-tech manufacturing, advanced engineering environments, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Track record of making things happen in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Proven success sourcing technical talent in competitive or cleared markets
Experience with applicant tracking systems and AI sourcing tools; Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
Uses good judgement to problem-solve proactively, positively impacting hard challenges
Demonstrated organization skills to meet tight deadlines with high quality results
Ability to effectively recommend and implement modernized recruiting techniques and processes

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task.
Requirements
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
Management has the prerogative to select at any level for which the position is advertised.
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet critical project milestones.
Physical Requirements
