The opportunity:

Are you an experienced Service Desk professional with strong multitasking abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re seeking a Service Desk Administrator to join our Infrastructure & Technology Operations team.

You’ll be working with Windows 11 and SCCM client management, supporting internal users, external partners, and third-party customers, while ensuring a seamless IT experience. This is an excellent opportunity to elevate your career within a large organisation!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first point of contact service for end users and intermediaries

  • Managing incidents, requests, and problems to resolution via phone, email, and remote support tools

  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality support, maintaining a consistent customer experience

  • Working closely with the Incident Manager to handle high-priority issues

  • Supporting AIA external-facing systems and providing training for intermediaries

  • Participating in UAT/PVT testing to ensure system functionality

  • Creating and maintaining detailed ITSM system records and knowledge management materials.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Service Desk or HelpDesk role, with a focus on end-user services

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Science is highly desirable

  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Experience with Windows 11, SCCM client management, and ServiceNow ITSM tool

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills

  • ITIL certification or experience in an ITIL environment is preferred.
