The Boeing Company is seeking Associate and Experienced Contract Management Specialists out of Ridley Park, PA to support our vertical lift programs, specifically the H-47 Chinook, V-22 Osprey and MH-139 Grey Wolf helicopters.

This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for contractual matters with the U.S. government, including the Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Army. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure effective contract execution and lead the development of proposals that meet customer needs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Interface with internal stakeholders and act as the primary contact for contractual matters with U.S. government entities by summarizing contractual issues, developing creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation

  • Collaborate with program management, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure contract compliance and execution

  • Focus on production, engineering, and sustainment contracts, with an immediate need for sustainment

  • Lead the development of proposals for the Boeing team, including pricing and delivery options for customers; exercises appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products & services

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 1+ years of experience in business management, finance, contracts, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent

  • Experience in government contracting and proposal development

  • Strong negotiation skills with direct customer interaction experience

  • Familiarity with cost analysis or supply chain management

  • Proactive and willing to take initiative

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Level 2 Summary pay range: $72,250 - $97,750

Level 3 Summary pay range: $83,300 - $112,700
