You’ll be an essential, highly visible, member of the Wireline State, Local, Education and Federal Public Sector Field operations team, responsible for contributing to the success of the Wireline SLED and FED sales organization through strategy and execution. 

This is an opportunity to combine your business expertise with your ability to think outside of the box, and make a real difference to sales team performance, and our bottom line. 

  • You’ll be on the lookout for ways to improve the team’s reporting, analysis, performance metrics, and sales outcomes. 

  • You will cross collaborate to support sales and business development leadership in preparation for executive readouts and presentations. 

  • You will provide support and guidance on initiatives related to revenue, bookings or gross adds. 

  • You will analyze sales data to drive accurate forecasting and funnel management, and find opportunities for efficiency.

  • You will assist in creating presentations for senior sales leaders for funnel management and the tracking of bookings/revenue/gross adds. 

  • You will be responsible for various requests including tin research, tracking results, sending communications, coordinating calls and overseeing action items. 

  • You will lead the development of initiatives based on both sales feedback and business needs, partnering with various business groups to ensure smooth execution of change.

  • You will make recommendations based on data in order to maximize effort and budget.

  • You will drive multiple projects from strategy to execution in a fast-paced environment in an organized way.

What we’re looking for:

You can inspire and direct a team to work toward a shared goal, and you’re able to communicate effectively with those in different roles, functions, and levels.

You’ll need to have:

  • Strong wireline background 

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Business or sales operations experience.

  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • Public Sector experience

  • Experience developing complex projects, from strategy to execution, with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience in implementing operational processes and/or strategy with documented successful results. 

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Experience in a matrixed organization structure and the ability to influence up, down, and across groups.

  • Demonstrated communications and influence skills with different stakeholders.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

The annual salary range for the Colorado location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $60,000.00 - $98,000.00.
