Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the implementation of activities aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a specific business function from start to finish. This includes engaging in detailed analysis and contributing to the design or redesign of business processes. The role also involves defining various organizational components to ensure seamless integration and improved efficiency within the function. Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand requirements and facilitate smooth execution of these activities is a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
SAP Ariba - CIG Consultant
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Assist in documenting process improvements and organizational changes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously monitor implemented processes to identify areas for further enhancement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in process mapping and business function analysis.
- Familiarity with organizational design principles and change management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
