Job Description:
The Person hired will be responsible for Sales and Business developmental activities for graphics segment handling large key accounts for North Region based out of Delhi. Shall work closely with Key Accounts belonging to the segments of BFSI / Retail / Oil & Gas and Automotive etc. to understand their needs and paint points and address them through 3M CBTD solution offerings.
Key stakeholders with whom the person will be working are marketing team of a brand, administration and projects team, influencers such as design consultants, advertising agencies etc. for incorporating 3M specifications in their brand manual generating demand for 3M products. Drived specifications led business development in existing and new customers.
Expand customer and channel base. Identify New segments and promote New Products. Develop and Maintain Key Accounts relationships.
