The opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy as an Invoicing Specialist and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and operational excellence. In this position, you’ll be at the center of the invoicing lifecycle—partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate billing while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Manage end-to-end invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure invoices include correct pricing, descriptions, and payment terms
  • Process incoming payments and maintain up-to-date financial records
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with buyers and suppliers
  • Partner with suppliers to address billing issues and remove credit holds
  • Support strong client and supplier relationships through clear communication
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure audit readiness
  • Identify opportunities to streamline billing and payment processes
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Associate degree or higher in Business or a related field preferred
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems effectively
