Join our innovative sales team as an Account Development Representative (ADR) at Rose Rocket, where you will play a pivotal role in helping to drive revenue. This role is designed for those who excel in a fast-paced environment and are keen on making a significant impact in a dynamic sales landscape.
As an ADR, you will be directly supporting three full-cycle SMB Account Executives, focusing on maximizing the revenue they generate while maintaining a world-class experience for our customers. Your contributions will be crucial in streamlining operations and enhancing our customer engagement strategies.
A day in the life of an ADR @ Rose Rocket:
Assist SMB Account Executives in managing the full customer lifecycle to drive outsized revenue performance
Drive top-of-funnel performance via fast, effective follow-up and lead qualification of all assigned leads to ensure effective conversion
Manage scheduling, calendar entries, and logistical coordination for Account Executives to ensure optimal use of their time
Actively follow up on leads and maintain engagement throughout the sales funnel, including managing sales sequences
Assist with documentation management, from initial contact to contract finalization.
Facilitate the creation and setup of pilots of the Rose Rocket Platform for prospective customers
Support the successful go-live of new customers by coordinating with various team members where appropriate
Help triage inbound inquiries from prospects and customers, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate channels and addressed promptly
Requirements
The ideal candidate has experience in either a marketing or sales role at a startup and is looking to work for a growing startup where they can have an impact, a voice and a path to earn more responsibility.
Proven experience in sales or marketing within a startup environment, with a strong desire to drive growth and impact.
Ability to analyze data and problem-solve
Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with both customers and team members.
Experience in or knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus.
Familiarity with sales technologies such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and DialPad is advantageous.
Energetic and creative problem-solver with a keen analytical mind.
