Job Summary

The WW Category Finance Analyst will support the Portfolio Management, Advanced Analytics, and Process Re-engineering for the Enterprise business.

Responsibilities

​• Provide financial guidance and strategic support across planning cycles (Budget, Quota, Outlook, LTP), ensuring alignment between portfolio strategy and financial commitment.

• Support structured scenario modeling (choice points, building blocks, and additional WW layers) to enhance visibility and decision-making.

• Transition offline Excel-based processes into scalable, automated solutions leveraging tools such as Anaplan and Power BI to improve efficiency and data integrity.

• Maintain financial visibility over the current portfolio and New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring proactive performance tracking.

• Translate portfolio insights into actionable Category Finance recommendations to drive mix and margin optimization.

• Deliver recurring analytics at market, platform, and SKU levels to support performance transparency and risk/opportunity identification.

• Support pricing decisions through structured analytics linked to portfolio strategy, mix evolution, and planning outlook layers.

• Represent the business unit in cross-regional and cross-functional planning forums, ensuring financial alignment and clarity.

• Develops and builds productive working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
