What you'll do...
Implements business processes and improvement strategies by staying up-to-date on supply chain and replenishment processes and procedures; partnering with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions; ensuring all stakeholders execute solutions based on agreed upon timeline.
Supports the supply chain process through the distribution network and fulfillment centers by directing resolutions and responding to escalation of trending issues; analyzing data from multiple stakeholders to streamline and improve network efficiencies; providing data for the supplier compliance process flow; researching and analyzing root cause of trends and escalated exceptions concerning shipping, receiving, inventory, and return related issues; conducting performance reviews of supply chain facilities and carriers.
In supply chain process improvement, we focus on designing and implementing new workflows for stakeholders, prioritizing key product flow objectives, and managing error correction processes and feedback loops. We identify opportunities to enhance service levels and recommend cost-saving measures using end-to-end costing and lean concepts. Additionally, we review and analyze the benefits to internal processes. Our expertise is applied to improve action plans by providing advice and best practices, ensuring efforts meet customer and business needs, and fostering commitment to perspectives and rationales. We implement business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders, determining business needs, tracking progress, recognizing improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands and organizational changes. Compliance with company policies, mission, values, and ethics is modeled and supported through the Open Door Policy and demonstrating ethical practices in business processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
