The FP&A Integration & Operation Analyst position will report into the Electrification Segment FP&A Integration & Operation Leader and support FP&A transformation & integration activities with primary focus on Prolec acquisition

Electrification segment is the company’s fastest growing segment with ~$10B estimated revenue in ’25 and expected to grow significantly as utility demand increases for strengthening and building a more resilient and interconnected. GE Vernova announced on October 2025 to fully acquire Prolec GE joint venture to accelerate growth and strengthen the ability to serve customers, especially in North America. Prolec GE is a leading grid equipment supplier, producing transformers across most ratings and voltages with approximately 10,000 global employees across seven manufacturing sites globally, including five in the U.S. The joint venture was originally established between Xignux and General Electric (GE) in 1995, and this acquisition consolidates Prolec GE after 30 years of partnership.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

·         Support Electrification FP&A Operation leader to design and prepare FP&A reporting and analysis across orders, backlog, income statement, cash flow statement, and translate from existing Prolec internal reporting infrastructure across sites and segment to a cohesive consolidated Prolec financial feeding into Electrification segment HQ

·         Drive implementation of FP&A reporting & forecast, standard work on expectation and deliverables across monthly / quarterly closing, management reporting & analysis and key planning cycles business financial review, strategy session and budget review

·         Own integration cost reporting process and work with cross function teams to manage the 3rd party PO and costing process

·         Partner with Electrification segment HQ FP&A team, finance transformation team to further improve reporting and analysis capability through financial systems improvement and process digitization

 

 

Qualifications/Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Past experience of working in global organization

• Familiar with financial system and tools

• FMP experience is highly recommended

• Understanding of Electrification Systems business process will be a plus
