Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing components and verifying their certificates to meet end product specifications and safety standard requirements.
• Reviewing the products and preparing the construction review documents.
• Preparation and submission of project related documents to UL/certification agency.
• Creating the test data sheet and issuing it to the test engineer for conducting the test.
• Handling the calibration activity for lab equipment and verifying calibration certificates.
• Maintaining documents related to compliance lab.
• Reviewing the test results and submitting the same to the UL.
• Working with UL to get the certificate.

Skills and Experience:

• BE
• Minimum of 8 years of Industrial or Lab experience.
• Experience in conducting the safety tests.
• Knowledge of safety standards; like UL/CSA/IEC 62368-1, UL1741, IEEE1547, UL60730-1, UL1998, UL991, UL1973 and functional safety requirements both hardware & software.
• Awareness about IEC 17025 standard and relevant procedures.
