At Nike’s Global Places & Services (GPS) organization, we design and bring to life physical environments and experiences for Nike and the athlete* in more than 100 cities around the world. We focus on GPS’s key capabilities in location, built environments, events, sport, nutrition and mobility, to power Nike’s business.
In this role, you’ll be reporting to the Sr. Director of GPS Services and serve as a member of GPS’s Services Leadership Team. You will work closely with the members of the GPS Services Leadership team, members of the broader GPS Leadership team, teammates in the GPS locations around world and leaders within Nike’s global functions such as Procurement and Technology.
We’re looking for a Principal of Sports and Nutrition, who will guide GPS’s Center of Excellence for the delivery of food services and sports programs across Nike’s locations. This role will oversee the development of the vision, strategy and planning of Sports and Nutrition for GPS and partner with cross functional teams to develop standards and processes; define tools, metrics and KPI’s and connect them to GPS’s strategy.
- · Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or related equivalent background and experience
Experience: at least 10 years direct relevant work experience with progressive leadership responsibilities in corporate services.
Leadership of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives at a Fortune 500 company
Proven contracting, financial analysis and program management skills with knowledge of legal terminology and language related to supplier agreements
A proven track record of collaborating and influencing in a highly-matrixed organization across a variety of internal and external partners.
Highly-developed communication skills – in verbal, written and graphic forms
This role may require travel to understand and influence local initiatives and partners
Expertise in workplace services like sports and food services.
Knowledge of workplace solutions and services.
Expertise in directing and managing partner and supplier relationships

If this is you, you’ll be working closely with Nike leaders around the world to translate GPS’s business strategies to how it applies to Sports and Food Services at Nike locations. You will define the strategies, scope, roadmaps, tiers, services levels and expected quality for the executions of sports and food services. You will partner with the Standards team for define processes, standards, tools metrics and KPI’s globally. You will support the local teams to implement the standards, processes and tools defined globally.
