About the Role

MicroAire is seeking a Cleanroom Operator. This position plays a key role in preparing products for sterilization by cleaning, assembling, inspecting, and packaging materials according to established procedures. This position supports production flow, inventory accuracy, and quality assurance in a regulated cleanroom environment.

What You’ll Do

• Clean, assemble, and package products following documented operating procedures.
• Inspect products and labels using calipers, prints, and scanning equipment as required.
• Release, pick, and close work orders and maintain accurate inventory movements.
• Distribute labels to appropriate work cells and ensure accurate documentation throughout the process.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cleanroom and gowning areas in accordance with company standards.
• Pull materials for production, perform material transfers, and prevent product mixing during storage and handling.
• Scan and index work orders once products are completed and moved to Finished Goods.
• Perform weekly and/or monthly cycle counts for disposable inventory and research discrepancies.
• Package products for outside processing and complete related paperwork accurately.
• Cross‑train and support all activities within the Disposables Department as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing environment.

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to work in close proximity with others in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail in a regulated production setting.
• Comfort using computers and manufacturing software for inventory and work‑order processing.
