Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

The LPN is responsible for the oversight of patient care, medical records, health and safety, medication administration and the coordination of medical care for adults receiving services. This position provides education and acts as a resource on health care related topics.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to read, interpret and apply policies, plans and regulations
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and able to learn other software as needed
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle depending on work location
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of nursing experience
