The Office Services Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the daily operations of the Resource Center. Maintaining a neat and professional office, while providing prompt, courteous service to internal team members, outside vendors and office visitors. All shipping and receiving as well as office procurement is handled by this position.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Shipping, Receiving and Storage: Handles all incoming and outgoing mail. USPS, Federal Express, UPS and Cornerstone Records Management.

  • Office Procurement: Vendor relations including ordering, deliveries and inventory of all kitchen and office supplies for the Resource Center. Provides preapproval of all office supply orders over $200 nationwide. Negotiating pricing and offering product replacement when possible.

  • Office Operations: Property management such as new hire on-boarding, shredding services, light bulb replacement, and requesting services from the building. Office concierge and helps with special events and meetings.

  • Annual Fire Drill & Fire Safety Planning. Coordinates the entire fire safety program. From writing the manuals, producing the maps, selecting key monitors to managing the annual fire drill on the unannounced day.

  • Misc. Projects: Covers for the receptionist on breaks and vacations. MVV/Patient Right packages, MRI Safety books, Tax Department certified mailings and Driver books shipping.

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. 

  • 2-4 years of related experience required. 

  • The COVID-19 vaccination is/may be a condition of employment.

Physical Requirements:

Standard office environment. 

More than 50% of the time:

  • Sit, stand, and walk.

  • Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs.

  • See, speak and hear to be able to communicate with patients.

Less than 50% of the time:

  • Stoop, kneel or crawl.

  • Climb and balance.

  • Carry and lift 10-20 pounds
