Position Purpose:

Lead the development strategy and roadmaps for Investment planning, building true partnerships between IT and Business Partner(s). Help shape technology eco-systems to align to the strategic direction of the business. The Strategy and Portfolio Management organization provides technology leadership, industry trends, innovative thinking, and a sounding board to help business and technology leaders achieve operational excellence and strategic advantage. It is a strategic organization focused on maximizing the use of technology and optimizing technology investments across the enterprise to achieve the business strategy and drive success.

  • Drives strategic plans, long-term road mapping process and prioritization of portfolio investment planning by partnering with business and technology leaders.
  • Conducts research and analysis to develop technology use cases and influence the long-term strategy and roadmap.
  • Work with the Product Managers to align the PI Planning and the implementation roadmaps to the strategy and roadmap.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and engagements simultaneously.
  • Leads and implements adoption of continuous improvement efforts which transforms business capabilities into fit-for-purpose and fit-for-use initiatives.
  • Develops and communicates organizational technology objectives; inspires and motivates matrix team members to achieve results.
  • Works with the business to Identify key leading and lagging indicators to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Drives the overall enterprise platform(s) IT strategy, IT roadmap, and executable activities through developed business requirements.
  • Drives the training of new and existing staff, conducts performance reviews, and provides leadership, technical guidance and coaching.
  • Supports interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities; integrating new members with team
  • Shares knowledge and develops staff capabilities to strengthen understanding of business issues and best practices.
  • Develops and communicates organizational objectives; inspires and motivates team members to achieve results.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, including prior management experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills:

Pay Range: $154,500.00 - $285,100.00 per year
