We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team member to support the Time & Attendance (T&A) operations transition from Switzerland to our centralized team in Wroclaw. This role is designed for someone who has a strong willingness to learn and contribute. Fluency in German is essential, as you’ll be working in an international environment and supporting cross-border documentation and communication.
Experience in HR or Payroll-related field.
University degree or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to communicate fluently in German and good knowledge of English.
Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
Support Time & Attendance processes for Switzerland.
Manage absence tracking, shift scheduling, and documentation updates.
Help ensure compliance with internal policies and support cross-border employee documentation.
Collaborate with Payroll and IT teams on operational tasks.
Participate in system-related activities (e.g., ZEUS) with guidance from senior team members.
Fluency in German (spoken and written).
Good knowledge of English.
Understanding of HR or administrative processes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with Time & Attendance systems (e.g., ZEUS) is a plus.
Previous experience in T&A or Payroll for Switzerland is a plus.
