Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0 - 2yrs working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data-driven problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience in equipment management, maintenance, and improvement processes.
- Technical skills in mechanical design, electrical circuitry, and software tools such as JMP or SQL Pathfinder.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with peers, engineering teams, and customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of semiconductor assembly equipment and processes.
- Familiarity with design of experiments (DOE) principles and failure modes/effects analysis (FMEA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- SQL pathfinder, Power BI or any relevant scripting skills will be an added advantage.
- Flexibility to handle multi-task operations and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
- Self-starter with proven ability to manage own activities and support wider team initiatives.
- Experience in test engineering or product development services.
