What does a successful Call Centre Representative - English and Arabic do at FISERV:

• Manage UAE based client’s merchants incoming calls & client communication through email
• Need to be flexible for 24/7 support to merchants and also support on festive days for skeleton staffing

What will you do:

• Would be taking incoming calls & reverting on email received from clients from job location. Supporting for back-office activity whenever required.

What experience and skills you need to have:

• Previous experience in a Card Payment industry customer support role will be an advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic language preferably for any UAE client
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Graduate in any stream

What would be great to have:

• Basic excel knowledge & Computer/Laptop proficiency
