Job Description:

Assist in Portfolio management of HuBS General Account

• Assist the senior Portfolio Management team to manage and maintain the HuBS General Account investment portfolios
• Assist to manage cash deployment process together with local Finance teams and SLC team
• Assist in other HuBS investment portfolio as required

Assist in investment reporting and analysis:

• Work with the senior Portfolio Management team and Regional Office Portfolio Analytics team to prepare portfolio analytics and reporting, including reports relating to General Account, capital markets etc.
• Coordinate and prepare presentation materials for committee meetings (eg, ALCO etc).

Assist in investment Governance and Compliance

• Work with stakeholders to design and implement sound controls in the investment processes
• Assist to ensure investment compliance to risk limits, Investment Order, investment policies and guidelines
• Assist in the management of regulatory, audit and review processes (eg, Project Archer, internal audit, OSFI examinations, BMA reporting)

Ad-hoc:

• Participate in ad-hoc activities, special projects, M&A as part of the HuBS Investment Team.
• System, service analysis, procurement
