Your New Role…

We are looking for a detailed oriented Manager to help grow the subscriber base through a variety of direct-response platforms and channels. You’ll be charged with working cross functionally with regional acquisition teams, internal buying teams, and marketing technology teams to assist with paid media campaign operations: campaign trafficking via Campaign Manager, assist with vendor set up, fulfill paid media billing operations, cross check reporting dashboards.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Serve as the POC for both EMEA and APAC regions to assist with paid media campaign operations (trafficking via Campaign Manager (3rd party and 1x1 tags)).
  • Work closely with the Marketing Technology team, external vendors and in-house buying teams to assist with taxonomy creation, guidance, optimization and remediation.
  • Work closely with Creative Teams to integrate processes for creative delivery, coordination across teams, taxonomies and trafficking (Monday.com and Claravine are platforms used)
  • Coordinate paid media billing operations by cross checking spend, handling invoices and POs to ensure payments are made in a timely manner. Assist with vendor set up and payment tracking.
  • Coordinate paid media testing with regional teams (Working closely with global counterparts)

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Solid experienceof performance marketing experience across a range of digital channels and ad operations; media agency experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with multi-country international media strategy & campaign management a plus
  • Solid understanding of media concepts, terminology, attribution, and ad tracking
  • Experience and understanding of paid social, programmatic, and SEM buying platforms (demand side platforms, Google Ads/AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) is required.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, excellent communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical skills a plus
  • Knowledge of Monday.com and Campaign Manager 360 a plus
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
