Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, manage, and automate internal tools and applications to support team productivity and delivery.
  • Design, write, and manage GitHub Actions workflows for CI/CD pipelines and automation.
  • Work with GitHub Runners, with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve pipeline and infrastructure issues.
  • Administer and manage JFrog Artifactory, including repository configuration, access management, and artifact lifecycle.
  • Develop code and solutions leveraging JFrog Xray to enable security scanning and vulnerability detection within CI/CD pipeline builds.
  • Develop custom solutions to drive tool adoption across engineering teams.
  • Administer and manage code quality tools such as GitHub Code Quality or Codacy to ensure engineering standards are met.
  • Support the administration and management of performance and testing tools including Sauce Labs and BlazeMeter.
  • Manage and analyze software license utilization statistics and provide estimates and insights for management visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand tooling needs and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Support operations with the ability to meet and maintain Mean Time to Support (MTTS) targets, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in tools administration and automation of applications.
  • Working knowledge of GitHub Actions — writing, managing, and optimizing workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with JFrog Artifactory and writing custom integrations or solutions.
  • Experience with at least one code quality tool such as GitHub Code Quality or Codacy.
  • Experience in administering and managing Sauce Labs and BlazeMeter tools.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to monitor usage metrics and generate management-level reports.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages for automation and custom solution development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Helm Charts for container orchestration and deployment.
  • Familiarity with ArgoCD for GitOps-based continuous delivery.
