Position Summary

This position is responsible for the strategic support of small business lending initiatives within the US Branch Network. The role will partner with leadership to implement strategies, improve banker performance, and provide field support. In addition, the role will provide central support for training and resource development, while acting as key liaison for Classified Managed relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Branch Network, and Credit Center to implement strategies and recommendations for small business lending initiatives at Citi
  • Responsible for annual reviews for assigned Classified Managed portfolio customers
  • Provide field support for active loan applications while serving as subject matter expert
  • Act as Liaison for Branch Network for new Lending Platform (escalations, improvements, etc.) 
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development for ongoing small business credit training needs
  • Develop, coordinate and present leadership presentations on branch network productivity and sales performance trends related to small business lending
  • Support additional project-based work related to SB lending with Product Management, Marketing, Analytics, Client Experience, & Credit Operations
  • Facilitate content, materials, and presentations for SB lending to be leveraged by Branch Network

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance related field; Master’s preferred
  • 6-10 years related experience in Financial Services, Finance or Analytics
  • Ability to partner, present and negotiate with various levels within the organization, from senior executives to sales leadership and senior/mid-level managers
  • Ability to influence and take ownership in a matrix organization
  • Comfortable in ambiguous situations, self-starter, and self-learner
  • Multi-tasking skills with ability to manage complex projects and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to build presentations that convey a clear story supported by data findings
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to interact with senior leadership
  • Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to present relevant competitive information to senior management, business channels and cross-functional partners in a manner that enables proactive management action
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$111,040.00 - $166,560.00
