In this role, you'll intern with our Talent Brand and Strategy team. We work closely with various departments, including HR and social media, to develop compelling content that attracts top talent. You'll have the chance to create a significant impact while developing your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the social media team to develop and complete an employer brand content calendar through the end of the year

• Collaborate with HR leaders to draft creative and engaging job descriptions

• Analyze marketing data to determine the efficiency of our campaigns

• Prepare and revise PowerPoint and Excel files for different projects

• Assist in other marketing or HR projects as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel

• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative spirit

The US national base salary range for this position is from 

$42,700.00 - $79,300.00

The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
