Job Description
The Master Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity, consistency, and quality of master data related to Blank Tags & Sets across business systems. This role supports daily operational activities, business requests, and project initiatives by ensuring accurate data governance, SAP alignment, and effective master data setup. The position acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to support data harmonization, rationalization, and system implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support (Day-to-Day Activities)
- Maintain data consistency for Blank Tags & Sets across master data repositories, including (but not limited to) SAP
- Perform routine data quality reviews and identify inconsistencies, duplicates, or data integrity issues.
- Execute deduplication activities for Blank Tags & Sets to ensure a clean and reliable master data environment.
- Manage and fulfill business requests related to the creation, modification, and maintenance of Blank Tags & Sets submitted through Mosaic teams.
- Ensure compliance with established master data governance standards and processes.
- Support issue investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution of data-related problems.
Project Support Activities
- Partner with business stakeholders to define data scope and requirements for projects and initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into SAP master data structures and codes.
- Create and maintain new SAP codes as required.
- Prepare and validate CON files and associated data migration documentation.
- Support data readiness, testing, and deployment activities for ongoing projects.
- Contribute to data rationalization and standardization initiatives across the organization.

- Additional master data transformation and harmonization projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Master Data Management, SAP Master Data, Data Governance, or related disciplines.
- Experience working with SAP master data structures and coding concepts.
- Strong data validation, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting business users and managing data-related requests.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data migration or ERP implementation projects.
- Knowledge of data governance and master data management best practices.
- Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with data quality and deduplication techniques.
- Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or product master data processes.
