Job Description Summary:

SMB Marketing Lead is accountable to plan, implement and deliver the SMB marketing campaigns, events and partner marketing to achieve the SMB key metrics.

Key Responsibilities

-Collaborate with China product team, SMB sales team and Global marketing team to identify priorities, focus SMB and partner marketing initiatives and success metrics to deliver business results.
-Roll out PPCP full-stack to China, build PPCP awareness, consideration and adoption. Lead merchant facing marketing communication strategy, and deliver through campaigns and promotions.
-Drive China SMB segment business via both Acquisition, Engagement and Partnership, based on SMBs insights. Lead marketing campaigns of DDA, leads generation and C2/C3 lifecycle campaigns etc.
-Develop and monitor partner marketing plans with key partners to effectively drive activation thru partner and generate revenue.
-Explore new opportunity of business growth via leads generation and leads nurturing, with cross-team leadership and collaboration. Build Leads scoring and nurturinig as a useful tool to improve leads quality from various sources. Establish an effective E2E full-funnel process to drive upper, middle, and low-funnel leads to prospects' flow.
-Be customer-centric. Build and promote PayPal use case and merchant success stories with merchants and partners for leads gen and leads nurturing.
-Lead E2E marketing campaigns plan, deployment and tracking. Develops and tests pilot programs to continually improve campaigns.
-Language: Chinese and English

Qualification

- 15+ years’ experience in marketing, project management or leading delivery of cross functional teams
- Proved record of building marketing/business strategy and programs, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Strong marketing and business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users. Be metrics-driven.
- 10+ years of team management
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
