The Opportunity
This position works out of our São Paulo location in the Established Pharmaceuticals Division.
As a you’ll have the chance to lead and oversee strategic initiatives across LATAM by co-creating and executing area-level strategies under the direct supervision of the Strategy & Commercial Development LATAM Director.
This role is pivotal in driving transformational projects such as acquisition deals, acceleration plans and other high-impact initiatives (Revenue Management). The position will influence and enable strategic change across all countries in the region, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering collaboration to deliver sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Initiative Development & Execution
Co-create strategic plans with LATAM Leadership Team and country leadership.
Lead execution of high-impact initiatives (e.g., acquisitions, revenue management & partnerships).
PMO Leadership & Governance
Establish and manage PMO frameworks for strategic projects.
Ensure governance, compliance, and timely delivery of initiatives.
Stakeholder Influence & Change Management
Drive strategic alignment across countries and functions.
Influence senior leaders to adopt and execute strategic priorities.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track progress of initiatives and provide insights to leadership.
Ensure KPIs and milestones are met across all projects.
Risk Management & Issue Resolution
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for strategic projects.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Master Degree in Finance, Marketing and Business Administration
Years of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed: +10 years of Experience in consulting firms: IQVIA, BCG, McKinsey)
Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen: Ability to co-create and execute strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
Project & Program Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies, governance frameworks, and tools for managing complex, multi-country projects.
Influencing & Change Management: Proven ability to drive organizational change, influence senior stakeholders, and manage resistance effectively.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed decisions under uncertainty.
Communication & Presentation Skills: Clear, persuasive communicator with experience presenting to executive leadership
