Head of AIM Business Solutions  

Summary:  

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Identity & Access Management (AIM) Business Solutions to join our Information Security team. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing our IGA solutions, with a primary focus on SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) and overall logical access controls. This role requires a deep understanding of AIM processes, technologies, and best practices to ensure the security and efficiency of our access management systems. This role is not an engineering role but requires a comprehensive understanding of how IDN functions.

The mission of our Information Security team is to ensure the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive program that effectively protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Point72 information assets. Our team is comprised of security professionals with expertise in a diverse portfolio of security disciplines. 

  

What you’ll do:  

In this role, you will lead a team and act as the primary point of contact for Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions, responsible for defining and prioritizing product backlog to ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements. This role encompasses elements of product management, compliance and risk management, process improvement, and application adoption and onboarding. Specifically, you will:  

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate them into technical specifications ensuring proper access controls are implemented 
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap for IGA initiatives 
  • Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to a small team of business analysts, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment 
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with identity and access management, design, implement, and manage logical access controls to protect sensitive data and systems  
  • Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements  
  • Manage access requests and ensure effective Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls are in place  
  • Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of IAM solutions and guidance on IAM related matters 
  • Conduct training and awareness programs to promote best practices in identity and access management 
  • Engage with internal clients to capture feedback and ensure AIM solutions effectively address their requirements and improve the user experience  
  • Use data driven insights to identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness within IAM and logical access controls  
  • Develop and track performance metrics to ensure IAM objectives are being met and risks are being managed effectively  
  • Define and manage the application onboarding and offboarding processes in the IAM ecosystem to ensure consistency and compliance  

What’s required 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field 
  • 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with a focus on SailPoint IIQ and IDN 
  • Proven experience in managing and implementing IAM solutions in a complex enterprise environment  
  • Strong understanding of logical access controls and security best practices  
  • Demonstrated knowledge of JML and Certification processes and experience in improving IAM processes  
  • Familiarity with IAM OKRs and KRIs and the ability to develop and track relevant performance metrics  
  • In-depth knowledge of SailPoint IIQ and IdentityNow (IDN) and its components 
  • Familiarity with other IAM technologies and frameworks (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, LDAP) 
  • Knowledge of Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) and certification processes 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
