The Advertising Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of the advertising process within the company, ensuring efficient handling of materials, timely delivery of assets, and smooth collaboration between different departments to support the company's advertising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Procurement and Coordination:

  • Coordinate the acquisition of necessary advertising shoe style needs from respective divisions
  • Facilitate the transfer of materials between departments (e.g., from Building 330 to Building 119)
  • When needed, source additional shoe styles from the DC or factory.

Product Management:

  • Organize and maintain shoe product at the studio
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of shoe styles
  • Track the status and location of advertising materials throughout the process

Studio Support:

  • Assist with organizing materials for photo shoots and other studio activities related to advertising
  • Collaborate with studio staff to ensure efficient workflow for asset creation

Digital Asset Management:

  • Help input completed advertising assets into the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
  • Maintain accurate records of asset movements and status

Communication and Coordination:

  • Liaise between different departments to coordinate advertising needs and deadlines
  • Provide updates on project status to relevant stakeholders

Timeline Management:

  • Ensure advertising materials are delivered on schedule
  • Coordinate with various teams to meet publication and launch deadlines

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital asset management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of advertising and marketing principles
  • Experience in project coordination or advertising is a plus

The pay range for this position is $30-$35/hr.
