Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the use of technology and its applications within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of technology platforms, tools, systems, and software development methodologies. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to guide the technology team and ensure the successful delivery of technology projects.

Software Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of technology and its applications in different industries
  • Familiarity with a variety of technology platforms, tools, and systems
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Experience with database systems (SQL, NoSQL)
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the use of technology and its applications within the organization
  • Manage the technology team and provide technical guidance
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology solutions into their work
  • Ensure the quality of technology systems and applications through testing and quality assurance
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Mentor and train junior technology professionals

Technical Skills:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of technology and its applications
  • Good understanding of cloud computing platforms
  • Experience with software development methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:

  • 14+ years of experience in technology and its applications
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Experience managing development teams and working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with delivering technology projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with code quality assurance and testing

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Oversee the use of technology and its applications within the organization
  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss requirements and provide technical guidance
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and ensure the quality of systems and applications
  • Mentor and train junior technology professionals
  • Review and approve changes to technology systems and applications
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the status of technology projects to senior management

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a related field is a plus
