We are looking for a Veterinary Doctor/ DVM Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our talent acquisition team in a hybrid remote capacity, while living in or within a commutable distance to NYC, NJ, Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities:

Develop & maintain robust talent pipelines to align with 2025 headcount plans

Develop & manage talent acquisition sourcing strategies for existing markets and new market expansions

Leverage various sourcing tools, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify licensed veterinarians

Serve as the initial point of contact for each prospect, assessing core competencies, and setting candidate expectations

Influence the new requisition process, serving as a liaison between hiring managers & TA leadership

Report on talent KPI’s, providing insights to core TA leadership stakeholders

About You:

1-3 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment, staffing agency experience is preferred

1+ year experience working in Greenhouse and/or similar applicant tracking systems

Demonstrated ability to define and execute on innovative sourcing strategies to ensure alignment and success against prospect to candidate conversion KPI’s

Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment

Self-motivated, creative problem-solver, and results-driven individual, with a focus on exceeding targets

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

Veterinary Medicine, Healthcare, Dental recruitment experience is a plus

Work Environment:

Hybrid role - Remote & live in or within a commutable distance to NYC, NJ, or Tampa, FL
