Job Summary
As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in translating complex ideas into structured, scalable, and testable solutions. Working at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and systems, you’ll drive the design and delivery of features that solve real customer and operational problems. You won’t just write epics — you’ll shape solutions, clarify ambiguity, and bring teams together to make big ideas real.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Be the bridge between product, engineering, QA, operations, and end users — ensuring alignment and shared understanding at every step, from Solutioning to Delivery
Work with subject matter experts and end users to understand real-world workflows and ensure the solution addresses actual pain points and realizes the business value assigned.
Align teams to turn product requirements, operational workflows, and system capabilities into well-structured Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
Collaborate with engineers and architects to validate flows, interfaces, and dependencies before development begins.
Break down complex initiatives into features and epics that are clear, traceable, and aligned to stakeholder needs.
Identify edge cases, dependencies, and system impacts early — and work across teams to manage them.
Align refinement with both system architecture and operational realities to ensure readiness at launch.
Maintain consistent and complete documentation across SRDs, SDDs, Jira, and Confluence that match systems
Surface blockers early and drive resolution with structure and accountability
Lead solutioning and refinement with a focus on clarity and quality.
Make sure that the solutions we are building are sustainable and scalable across various products in our ecosystem
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Naturally curious — you love digging into how things work, asking smart questions, and connecting the dots across business, tech, and process.
Energized by collaboration — you enjoy building strong relationships, jumping into cross-functional discussions, and getting others aligned.
A clear communicator who brings structure to chaos — translating complex ideas into actionable, well-documented plans.
Obsessed with clarity, quality, and impact — because getting it “done” isn’t enough if it doesn’t solve the right problem.
Always looking ahead — you think about what's next, what's missing, and how to make things better, faster, or smarter.
You’ll be the engine behind making great ideas executable. Whether it’s launching a new capability, evolving a legacy workflow, or stitching together multiple systems into something scalable — this role is about turning vision into action.
